Oasis is a center that provides food and housing to people in need. They have 16 suites people can live in, providing they meet the housing criteria.

On September 17th, 2016 Syringa Plaza Apartments celebrated their 20th anniversary of being open.
Syringa Plaza was built in 1995 by Burley First Christian Church, Burley, Idaho to provide affordable housing to very low income seniors age 62 and over. Syringa Plaza has 40 apartments in one two-story building in Burley, Idaho. Syringa Plaza offers ample outdoor space with a large landscaped courtyard and walking path around the perimeter of the property. There are nearby restaurants and markets and downtown Burley is just 5 blocks away! Syringa Plaza combines the beauty of nature with the benefits of city living.
